Role Summary:
The Senior UX Designer will be able to guide the lead user experience strategy and execution for complex digital products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers developers and researchers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive accessible and impactful design solutions. This role combines hands-on design work with stakeholder collaboration and mentoring of junior designers.

Overall Project/Task description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead UX efforts across one or more digital products or services
Collaborate with stakeholders to define user journeys flows and design goals
Conduct or support user research and translate insights into design actions
Produce wireframes prototypes and detailed UI designs that align with design systems
Review and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
Support developers during implementation to ensure design quality
Contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practices
Mentor junior designers and support design team collaboration
Challenge product requirements and stakeholders to ensure the most user-centric approach is taken
