Job Summary
Skills qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Very good ability to express yourself in Hungarian on a native level and German B2
- At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Enjoy dealing with people and have a feeling for their needs
- Structured work style as well as ambition and optimism
- Strong cooperation and communication skills negotiation skills
- High degree of resilience and sense of responsibility
- Enjoy continuous training (SAP IT product knowledge)
- Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of SAP CRM PLM and lead generation in the B2B area would be an advantage
