Job Summary
Configure Icertis CLM components including workflows templates clauses fields and metadata
Perform system setup tasks based on clearly defined business and technical requirements
Support data preparation activities and participate in configuration testing and validation
Maintain configuration documentation and ensure accuracy of configuration records
Troubleshoot configuration-related issues and implement approved minor changes
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent implementation of best practices
Qualifications :
12 years of experience working with enterprise systems (CLM CRM ServiceNow ERP SAP or similar)
Hands-on experience with system configuration (not limited to analysis or design tasks)
Ability to follow specifications carefully and work independently on assigned tasks
Strong attention to detail and a structured methodical approach to work
English level: Intermediate or higher (reading and writing)
WOULD BE A PLUS
Experience with integrations or automation tools
Knowledge of contract management processes
Certifications in enterprise platforms (e.g. Icertis CLM Salesforce SAP)
