Human Resources and Payroll Operations in PwC Poland is a rapidly expanding team. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming operations of our domestic and international Clients. We are looking for:

German Payroll Senior Specialist

Your future role:

• Own endtoend delivery of German payroll services ensuring accuracy compliance and a consistently high client experience

• Execute payroll processes with a strong focus on data quality validation controls and timely delivery

• Manage salary payments in banking systems proactively monitoring outcomes and resolving exceptions or rejections

• Perform or coordinate statutory and compliance activities (e.g. registrations tax filings) including oversight of thirdparty providers

• Partner with senior team members and stakeholders to respond to inquiries from local authorities and external institutions

• Provide clear accurate and timely payroll reporting identifying risks early and escalating proactively

• Support yearend and countryspecific payroll activities beyond standard monthly cycles

• Actively contribute to process standardisation documentation updates and operational improvements

• Use digital tools automation and datadriven insights to streamline work reduce manual effort and support scalable payroll delivery.
  

Apply if you have:

• 4 years of experience in Payroll / HR Operations including at least 2 years of handson German payroll experience

• Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1) enabling confident communication with clients authorities and international teams

• Ability to navigate both detaillevel execution and the broader endtoend payroll process context

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes not just task completion

• Confidence in using modern technologies and AIbased tools in daily work (e.g. automation data analysis smart content creation)

• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a proactive improvementoriented approach

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in international multidisciplinary teams

• Good work organisation and prioritisation skills in a dynamic deadlinedriven environment
