We are hiring immediately for a Hire Co-ordination Specialist to join our team in our Braeside office. This role will help us to power progress for our customers. This role is nominally 8:30-5:00pm however you may be required to participate in the team roster which had staggered start and finish rimes to accommodate our customers. Our team works in our Braeside office Monday to Wednesday and home on Thursdays and Fridays.

What youll do:

  • Handle incoming customer calls to address equipment service or contract issues taking responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer queries
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the life of the hire including any variations such as changing technical requirements hire extensions and additional services
  • Positively manage the customer experience through well-defined touchpoints ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Supports the sales team with regards to customer orders post-order follow-up activities and in expediting the process as well as generate sales leads
  • Locate and coordinate supplies from internal and external sources to fulfil orders in a cost effective manner
  • Contracts management into Aggreko systems

Youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in Customer Service ideally around 5 years
  • Advanced PC literary in a Microsoft environment and ERP system
  • Ideally have worked in a similar customer focused position
  • Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management experience
  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM systems would be an advantage
  • You will possess an appropriate home office setup for working from home
