Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Customer Service this role the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support addressing inquiries resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy.
Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.

What were looking for:
Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1 level)
Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support
Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Customer Experience
Problem-solving active listening & attention to detail
Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus!
Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential
Proficiency in professional phone etiquette & communication techniques is a plus
