We are looking for Summer Trainee Marketing (nuclear) to support our marketing team in creating and updating marketing materials across key business areas. The role focuses on content coordination localization and production support working closely with designers and a 3D visualizer to develop high-quality materials that strengthen our global brand presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in B2B industrial marketing within a global organization. The position is based in Hämeenlinna.

Your responsibilities will include

• Varying team work with different projects

This role is ideal for a person studying marketing or communication who is eager to learn more about marketing content creation and events management. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself but we especially value your good teamwork skills hard-working attitude and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors / Masters degree or ongoing studies in Marketing / Communications.
• Strong interest in B2B marketing and visual communication.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills; additional languages are an asset.
• Good command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or publishing tools (e.g. Adobe InDesign Canva).
• Organized detail-focused and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team-oriented and proactive with a hands-on working attitude.
