Local Analytical Definition Specialist

Job Description

Specialist: Local Analytical Definition responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide support enabling the analytical testing teams to execute timely and quality work to the BioPharmaceutical and Medical Device market
• Establish and maintain templates within a computer application (Laboratory Information Management System) based on information found within analytical methods specification documents stability protocols and group work aids
• Communicate directly with laboratory technical contacts and project managers to determine the appropriate template configurations

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

• Familiarity with analytical methodology specifications certificates of analysis
• Strong computer scientific organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team self-motivation adaptability and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new tasks perform multiple tasks simultaneously show attention to detail
• Experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems
• Bachelors degree and/or laboratory experience in the following fields or related fields: Biology Chemistry Biochemistry Cellular/Molecular Biology or other STEM field

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in science business or other related degree concentration or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information :

Position is full-time working Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
