Junior / Trainee - Health and Safety Advisor

plus travel

This role is for a junior health and safety adviser setting out on a career in construction health and safety or with some limited experience.

We are seeking someone with the ambition to develop into an all-round and competent health and safety consultant capable of working with both low-risk Sub-Contractors and high-risk Principal Contractors. Continued professional development will be actively promoted and supported. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your health and safety career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Carryout daily (approx. 3 per day) site safety inspections of clients projects.
Reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
Compile risk assessments and method statements.
Advise clients on occupational health hazards and controls.
Assist clients in completing industry accreditations and PQQs.
Complete accident investigations.
Respond to clients request for support and advice.

Desired

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and motivated.
Full UK Driving License.

Required Experience:
