Overview:
We are currently seeking a hands-on and motivated Tankering Planning Supervisorto lead operations across our drainage and utilities contracts working primarily on the Anglian Water network. This is an office-based supervisory role with a mix of operational support team leadership and Health & Safety responsibility.
As a Supervisor you will:
- Lead coordinate and support tankering crews to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of work.
- Be the on-site contact for clients and customersexplaining work answering queries and providing real-time updates.
- Work closely with planners to manage crew schedules asset usage and productivity.
- Ensure accurate completion of job sheets risk assessments (RAMS) and service reports using digital devices.
About you:
- Previous experience in drainage utilities jetting or tankering operations
- Experience supervising teams or acting in a lead operative role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Confident in using digital devices (tablet/laptop) for reporting and documentation
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices in field-based operations
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel across the Anglian region
