The Planning & Procurement team plays a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time supporting customer service inventory performance & business growth.
You will be working closely with colleagues across logistics manufacturing & a global supplier base.
The Planning & Procurement team manages planning data & forecasts and all procurement activities within a very fast paced Logistics department.
The graduate role will be designed to provide you with hands-on experience & a structured development allowing you to build a strong foundation in supply chain planning & procurement whilst making a meaningful contribution to our business.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the planning team activities to ensure finished goods availability & a high level of service
- Preparing & maintaining planning & procurement & inventory data & departmental KPIs
- Assisting with reporting KPI tracking & data analysis to help support with decision making
- Supporting SAP master data maintenance to ensure accuracy within the planning systems
- Support with identifying process improvements & automation
- Cross functional project support SAP4 activities
- Scheduling raw materials to support production & spares
- Developing system knowledge over time with exposure to the ERP system & associated planning tools

Qualifications :
Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
Our ideal candidate must have:
- A strong interest in supply chain planning or procurement
- Good analytical skills & confidence working with large data sets
- Strong attention to detail & a structured approach to tasks
- Good communication skills & the ability to work collaboratively
- A proactive can-do attitude & willingness to learn
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Confidence in using Microsoft Excel (Not essential but a willingness to develop this skill)
- Willingness to accommodate hybrid working where a blend of working from home and in the office is required therefore initiative and motivation are essential.
