About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
Your Role:
- You will lead/oversee client integrations conversions and strategic projects.
- Responsible for assisting in the management of virtual teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions services delivery changes and sales support. The integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding.
- Involved with dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services.
- Participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citcos workflows best practices and technologies.
- Provide sales with assistance on Request for Proposals (RFP).
- Involved with AA/SLA negotiation.
- Involved with new client launches/conversions and new Business Existing Client (NBEC) launches.
- Assist with on-boarding of Ancillary services.
- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models.
- Oversee and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team.
- Oversee major SLA changes.
- Involved with process Improvements.
- Manage virtual teams.
About You:
- You will have strong knowledge of the financial services industry its products and practices and a strong interest in further development and learning.
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in either of the following or related fields: Accounting Finance Mathematics or Economics; CPA or CFA preferred.
- 4 years of project management experience.
- 4 years of client services within the asset management industry.
- 2 years of people and resource management experience.
- The ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously and prioritize work based on deadlines.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Programs (Excel Word PowerPoint).
