We offer various entry-level positions and programmes for individuals to gain valuable experience and grow their skills.The Finance (Claims) team within PwC Malaysias Internal Firm Services supports the Firms operations by managing employee claims reimbursements and related financial processes. The team ensures compliance with Firm policies accuracy in financial reporting and efficiency in handling claims to support staff across all service lines.
Assist inprocessing employee claims and reimbursementsin line with Firm policies.
Verify supporting documentsto ensure accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines.
Support the team intracking and reconciling claims datafor reporting purposes.
Help preparesummaries and reportsfor management review.
Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve queries related to claims.
Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes.
Participate inprocess improvement initiativesto enhance efficiency in claims handling.
Overall as an intern in the Finance (Claims) team you will gain handson experience in financial operations focusing on employee claims and reimbursements. You will assist in processing claims verifying documentation and supporting the team in maintaining compliance and efficiency. This role offers exposure to internal finance processes in a professional services environment.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree inAccounting Finance Business or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and Word; familiarity with finance systems is an advantage.
Organized proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
Team player with a willingness to learn and contribute.
