Job Summary
A Barista / Food and Beverage Attendant plays a vital role in shaping every Guest experience across ours restaurants bars room service banquets and in-hotel cafes. We always deliver an experience that will exceed our Guests food beverage and culinary expectations.
What will I be doing
As a Barista / Food and Beverage Attendant you will be prepare and serve high--quality coffee and beverages while supporting the wider Food and Beverage service throughout the hotel. You responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages in a timely and professional manner including supporting bar or cocktai service when required.
- Understanding menu content including seasonal offerings and promotions.
- Keeping your service area clean tidy organised and well-prepared
- Efficiently managing the accurate settlement of all customer accounts
- Answering Guest queries in a polite helpful and professional manner.
- Supporting Food and Beverage serice in restaurants bars banquets and room service

- Experience in preparing espresso-based beverages and maintaining coffee equipment.

- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and basic drink-mixing techniques
- Previous food hygiene experience
Electronic ordering systems experience
