Our integrated single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Knowledge of chiller systems refrigeration heat pump and HVAC equipment
- Responsible for installing inspecting maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioningsystems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming cleaning changing filters and oiling parts.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVACsystems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVACsystems.
Qualifications
- 5 years of field experience as Licensed Journeyman in HVAC
- Must have an EPA Certification (608) Universal License
- Commercial experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
- Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools equipment and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments.
- Participates in the ongoing training available to our crews to keep updated on the newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment.
- Strong oral and written communication required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Valid Drivers license and able to maintain a good driving record.

Geographic Disclosure
Compensation Range: $43.97 - $48.85 per hour The hourly rate is determined by the CBA/rate sheet and test results. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
