Working with the Assistant Director of Clinical Services and as a part of the management team you will work with and support nursing staff in achieving excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will supervise lead direct and motivate staff to achieve outcomes with the ability to manage financial and human resources.
