As a Sales Manager you will play an important role in shaping Victaulics position in Western Australias mining market driving growth innovation and customer success in one of Australias most critical industrial addition you will:
- Identify and pursue sustaining capital and MRO opportunities within operating mines across WA (iron ore gold lithium nickel rare earths and critical minerals).
- Build strategic relationships with owner engineering maintenance and procurement teams to drive specification and adoption of Victaulic solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of sustaining capital projects and recurring MRO demand.
- Collaborate with regional sales and specification teams to align targets and capture long-term revenue growth
- Provide technical expertise on Victaulic systems and solutions to drive revenue generation.
- Review site standards piping specifications and maintenance scopes to recommend Victaulic alternatives for improved performance and lifecycle cost savings.
- Assist in site trials testing and field support for key customers and contractors.
- Work closely with Victaulics internal engineering specification and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
About You
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Proven experience in mining maintenance or capital project sales (preferably in piping mechanical or industrial systems).
- Proven track record managing technical sales and project development in operational mining environments.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or equivalent technical discipline
- Strong understanding of sustaining capital project workflows MRO budgets and shutdown planning cycles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Solution-oriented and high analytical and organizational skills.
- A valid Australian Drivers license and willing to travel as required.
