Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care: Deliver courteous professional support via phone chat email and social platforms.
Reservation Assistance: Manage new bookings itinerary changes and cancellations.
Policy Explanation: Clearly communicate fare conditions baggage limits travel regulations and service options.
Travel Support: Assist passengers with check-in boarding and travel requirement inquiries.
Personalized Recommendations: Suggest upgrades routes and tailored solutions based on customer needs.
Problem Resolution: Work with internal teams to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Maltese residency card
