Property Masters is seeking a talented residential construction Traveling Training Manager to join our team and drive our training initiatives to new heights.
Property Masters is a semi national residential construction company that is considered the premier construction provider in the SFR space. We are looking for a Traveling Training Manager who is a leader energetic and thrives in a fast-paced but extremely rewarding company environment.
Position Overview: As a Residential Construction Traveling Training Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our Project Manager workforce. You will be responsible for designing implementing and overseeing comprehensive training programs to ensure our team members are equipped with the necessary competencies to excel in their roles. From initial new hire training to providing ongoing training and development opportunities you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel on a semi-national level to conduct on-site training with our Project Management staff.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the specific needs of our Project Managers.
- Collaborate with COO VP of Operations and other department heads to identify training needs and establish learning objectives.
- Periodically evaluate current training materials including presentations docs videos and interactive modules to deliver on going effective learning experiences.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually ensuring content is delivered in an engaging and impactful manner.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance metrics adjusting as needed to improve outcomes.
- Stay current on industry trends best practices and requirements to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
- Lead initiatives to promote a training culture of ongoing quality and innovation through training and development activities.
