What Youll Do
As a Contract Project Manager Warehouse Transition at our Cleveland facility you will lead the planning execution and oversight of a new warehouse setup and operational transition. This is a 4-month contract position responsible for ensuring a seamless move setting up systems and implementing processes to support ongoing warehouse operations.
Develop and manage project plans timelines and milestones for the warehouse transition.
Oversee the setup of warehouse operations including inventory systems shipping/receiving processes and workflow organization.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including warehouse staff IT logistics and management to ensure alignment on project goals.
Monitor progress identify potential risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
Train and guide warehouse staff on new systems processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and company standards throughout the transition.
Report regularly to management on project status challenges and key deliverables.
Support post-transition troubleshooting and adjustments to optimize warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Logistics or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in project management warehouse operations or logistics.
Proven experience managing large-scale operational transitions or warehouse setups.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes inventory systems and supply chain logistics.
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Ability to lift up to 2550 pounds occasionally if needed for warehouse walkthroughs and inspections.

Base Pay: Competitive based on experience
