DePaula Mazda is looking to hire a motivated customer service representative to work in our call center scheduling appointments for our service department. We are willing to train the applicant with the drive and enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service. This is a Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm.
PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering all incoming phone calls and scheduling service appointments for customers in X-Time
- Contacting customers via email phone and text to schedule a service appointment
- Making proactive outbound phone calls to existing customers
- Following up with missed appointments to reschedule
- Tracking calls and activities during each shift in Proactive BDC Tracker
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to use the required technology (multi-line phone and computer software)
- Must meet or exceed monthly/daily call and activity goals as set by manager
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
