Job Summary

Just Got 2 Have It! is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Clerk to accurately process customer orders and support daily operational activities. This role is essential to ensuring timely order fulfillment data accuracy and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter customer orders into the companys order management system

  • Review orders for completeness pricing accuracy and product availability

  • Verify customer and shipping information to prevent errors or delays

  • Communicate with internal teams regarding order status changes or issues

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date order records

  • Identify and correct discrepancies in orders or documentation

  • Assist with invoicing order tracking and status updates as needed

  • Adhere to company policies procedures and data confidentiality standards

  • Provide administrative support related to order processing

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in order entry data entry or administrative support preferred

  • Strong typing and data accuracy skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
