We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Learning Designer to design develop and maintain effective learning solutions that support organizational goals and learner performance. The successful candidate will apply instructional design principles learning science and industry best practices to create engaging measurable and scalable learning experiences in a fully remote environment.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality learning programs curricula and instructional materials for digital and blended learning environments
Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and outcomes
Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE SAM) to course development
Develop storyboards learning content assessments and evaluation tools
Utilize learning technologies such as LMS platforms authoring tools and multimedia solutions
Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
Maintain documentation standards and version control for learning assets
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education Learning Sciences Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 47 years of experience in learning design or instructional design
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proficiency with learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
Strong project management communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Instructional Design Education or Learning Technologies
Experience with e-learning virtual instructor-led training and blended learning strategies
Professional certifications (CPTD ATD or equivalent)
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $85000 $120000 USD commensurate with experience qualifications and geographic location
