Job Summary

A leading international law firm is seeking a Funds Associate to join its Singapore-based investment funds team. The role is ideal for a lawyer with approximately 34 years PQE from a peer firm with experience in fund formation and related advisory work. Candidates qualified in common law or the US are welcome and exposure to US fund structures will be viewed favourably.

You will work across the full lifecycle of private funds including structuring fundraising regulatory analysis secondaries and crossborder investor matters. The team values associates who can manage workstreams independently communicate clearly with fund managers and institutional investors and contribute to a high-performing practice handling mandates for global sponsors and regional fund managers.
