About You:

You are a creative adaptable and accountable social media enthusiast with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping creators succeed. Youre not afraid to voice your ideas and thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment. You possess a deep understanding of Western online culture slang and the nuances of platforms like OnlyFans and other social media channels. You are fluent in English and comfortable working remotely.

You are a team player who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic agency. You are comfortable managing multiple accounts and meeting deadlines consistently. You are proactive detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills. You are excited by the opportunity to contribute to a company that is making a real difference in the lives of creators.

Top 5 Objectives:

1. Create engaging social media post calendars for assigned creators ensuring alignment with their brand and target audience.

2. Develop compelling branding strategies and mood boards for new creators effectively communicating the agencys vision for their online presence.

3. Conduct thorough social media channel research to identify the best platforms for each creator maximizing their reach and engagement.

4. Edit high-quality social media posts (reels/TikToks) that capture attention and drive results adhering to brand guidelines and platform best practices.

5. Consistently meet deadlines for all assigned tasks ensuring timely delivery of content and strategies.

Other Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.

- Communicate effectively with creators and internal team members.

- Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage deadlines.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

- Deep understanding of Western online culture and slang.

- Familiarity with OnlyFans and OnlyFans creators on social media.

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
