ECP Group Sales Specialist

Cape Town South Africa

Industry: Digital Life Insurance (Insurtech) Product Focus: Staff Cover (Group insurance for SMEs)

Key Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales via Simplys broker portal and support broker onboarding
Sell and retain SME group cover clients through various channels
Generate leads through online tools cold outreach and referrals
Meet with clients via phone in-person Teams or Zoom
Maintain long-term broker and client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service and delivery

Requirements

Matric and RE5 (required)
Undergraduate degree or diploma (advantageous)
Minimum 1 year of recent insurance sales experience (required)
B2B sales experience (required)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (required)
CRM and digital sales proficiency
Based in Cape Town
Valid drivers license and own transport (preferred)
