Croatian-Speaking Content Moderation Specialist

Introduction
We are looking for a responsible detail-oriented and resilient Croatian-Speaking Content Moderation Specialist Trust & Safety to join an international team dedicated to maintaining safe and respectful online this role you will help protect users and platforms by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in line with community guidelines and internal policies.
This position is ideal for individuals who value fairness accuracy and consistency and who are motivated to contribute to a positive digital experience while working in a structured professional and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities

Review and evaluate user-generated content including text images videos advertisements and websites

Ensure content complies with community standards trust and safety policies and legal requirements

Identify flag and take action on content related to hate speech harassment misinformation violence self-harm or other prohibited material

Apply moderation guidelines consistently while exercising sound judgment in complex or sensitive cases

Escalate high-risk or ambiguous content to senior teams according to established procedures

Maintain high levels of quality accuracy and productivity while meeting daily performance targets

Use internal moderation tools and systems efficiently to document decisions and actions

Participate in training quality calibration sessions and continuous improvement initiatives

Adapt to evolving guidelines workflows and platform requirements
Qualifications

Native or fluent Croatian (C1/C2 level) with strong comprehension of cultural and linguistic nuances

Good command of English (B2 level or higher) for training and internal communication

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently

Emotional resilience and professionalism when handling sensitive or disturbing content

Good analytical and decision-making skills

Comfortable working with digital tools internal systems and multiple content formats

Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment

Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required
