POSITION SUMMARY
The Server embodies the art of refined hospitality and serves as a key touchpoint in delivering an extraordinary fine dining journey within a luxury French Mediterranean restaurant. This role is dedicated to creating an atmosphere of elegance warmth and exclusivity through impeccable service standards graceful communication and an intuitive approach to guest engagement.
With a deep appreciation for culinary craftsmanship and sophisticated service rituals the Server anticipates guest preferences offers thoughtful recommendations and delivers each course with precision and poise. Every interaction is executed with attention to detail ensuring that guests feel genuinely welcomed valued and immersed in a seamless dining experience that reflects the restaurants culinary philosophy and prestigious brand identity.
The Server consistently upholds the highest standards of professionalism grooming and etiquette while working in close harmony with the kitchen and beverage teams to ensure flawless service execution. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
