About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes anticipate requirements identify areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Perform detailed requirements analysis.
- Document and communicate requirements analysis results and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documentation.
- Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
- Gather critical information from stakeholder meetings and produce comprehensive reports.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and defined requirements.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and impact.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Strong written verbal and collaboration skills.
