Job Summary:

The Senior Officer Report Developer is responsible for leading the design development and optimization of enterprise reports and dashboards. This role works closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into high-quality reporting solutions that support decision-making in a banking environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead requirement analysis and design of reports and dashboards for business users.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical reporting specifications.
Develop enhance and optimize reports using Jasper Reports and Oracle BI.
Ensure availability accuracy and performance of reporting solutions.
Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning for complex reporting queries.
Support business users and resolve report-related issues.
Collaborate with data MIS and application teams on reporting standards and best practices.
Mentor junior report developers and review report designs and outputs.

Main Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
3 years of experience in report development or MIS reporting roles.
Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL with relational databases (Oracle PostgreSQL SQL Server).
Proven experience in performance tuning for reporting queries.
Good understanding of banking and financial concepts.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse and ETL concepts.
Hands-on experience with Jasper Reports and Oracle BI.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead reporting initiatives.
