Whatyoulldo:

  • Develop competitive commercially sound pricing strategies across PwC service offerings balancing client value profitability and market positioning.

  • Provide expert commercial and negotiation support on complex bidsincluding pricing structures cost modelling scenario analysis and risk considerations.

  • Design and enhance pricing models tools and commercial frameworks to enable highquality decisionmaking and consistency across pursuits.

  • Partner with the Pricing Director to innovate pricing approaches support commercialisation of new offerings and embed disciplined pricing and governance standards across the firm.

  • Influence senior leaders and pursuit teams through clear commercial insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Coach teams through commercial negotiations and tradeoffs using datadriven reasoning to support decisionmaking.

  • Deliver training and capability uplift programs to improve pricing discipline commercial understanding and effective use of financial/pricing processes.

  • Collaborate with Finance Risk/OGC Client Lead Partners and cross-functional bid teams to ensure alignment and governance through the approval process.

  • Strong analytical capability including advanced Excel modelling for pricing and financial analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders support highstakes negotiations and drive profitability outcomes.

  • Experience coaching teams and uplifting commercial capability.

  • Exposure to digital technology or professional services sectors isadvantageous
