About the Role:
As Manager HR Operations you will report to the Director People & Culture and lead the delivery of best practice HR and Business Partnering across the Local Health Network. Youll work collaboratively with Executive Leadership and Senior Managers to implement proactive workforce strategies that drive performance accountability and continuous improvement.
Youll maintain a strong strategic focus while managing key HR portfolios and delivering professional consistent people practices. The role involves providing expert advice on emerging workforce trends risks and complex HR issues ensuring that RMCLHN remains responsive to the evolving needs of SA Health and the communities it serves. This is a pivotal leadership role for a dynamic forward-thinking HR professional ready to influence real change.
