The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst who can turn numbers into strategy and connect financial insights with operational decision-making. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where finance meets growth sustainability and innovation.

This is an onsite role based in Essendon Fields with regular travel required to our operational sites across Melbourne (Epping Montrose Hallam Cranbourne West)

In this role youll:

Deliver meaningful insights that drive smarter faster business decisions
Lead forecasting budgeting and financial modelling across operation
Provide strategic financial insights to guide data-driven decisions
Partner with senior leaders at Repurpose It to shape growth strategies and investment opportunities
Build business cases and provide financial guidance for new initiatives
Drive continuous improvement process efficiency and automation of financial operations
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor across the business
Take ownership of financial outcomes and lead key initiatives from analysis to implementation

What youll bring:

Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field
CA/CPA qualified with strong financial analysis modelling and reporting skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Analytical adaptable and passionate about improving processes and supporting growth
