Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the smooth operation of the office and compliance with relevant guidelines at our location.
- As a concierge you take care of the requests of employees and visitors quickly and reliably.
- Since our employees have flexible workspaces you will also ensure that everyone is accommodated at the office.
- You ensure excellent operational service. Your areas of responsibility include the coordination and management of supplier relationships as well as the monitoring of safety regulations.
- Hospitality catering and F&B stakeholder management logistics and postal services is your focus.
- You will work with a wide range of multimedia technology tools.
What were looking forward to
- Completed education in the hotel industry or in facility management preferred
- Several years of experience in customer service in connection with various organizational and administrative tasks
- Fluency in English and the regional language German
- Very good Microsoft Office skills and openness to learn new working tools
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented team player
