Role Definition:

This Manager Logistics will mainly responsible for scientific planning control and optimization of inventory across the entire supply chain including raw materials semi-finished goods and finished products. The primary objectives are:

Reduce Inventory Costs: Minimize capital investment storage expenses and the risk of obsolescence.

Ensure Supply Stability: Prevent stockouts that could disrupt production or lead to customer dissatisfaction.

Improve Responsiveness: Quickly adapt to market demand changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

System inventory analysis: End to end inventory data analysis by CBS system raw data.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Planning & Control: Define optimal inventory levels for raw materials semi-finished and finished goods; monitor CBS or system inventory data with deep analytics to find inventory reduction opportunity and adjust to meet production and customer needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement logistics and manufacturing teams to resolve product-related issues and incorporate business requirements.

System & Process Optimization: Lead development and refinement of planning systems and digital tools to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or above in Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field.

Minimum 5 years in supply chain or inventory management with team leadership experience preferred.

Proficiency in SAP/WMS systems and digitized tools (Excel Power BI Power Automate etc.).

Knowledge of Lean Management Continuous Improvement and automation technologies.

Strong communication problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.

English communication capability is essential.

Additional information:

The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
