岗位概述
本岗位以PFEP及物料流优化为核心方向负责仓储布局设计物料补给路径优化及物流自动化项目推进同时该岗位需承担一定的全链路库存规划与控制职责通过数据分析和系统优化提升库存周转效率降低库存成本并保障供应稳定性该岗位将通过推动智能化供应链建设与数字化分析能力提升持续优化仓储与库存管理绩效支撑业务发展需求
主要职责
一PFEP与物流/物料流优化
负责仓库布局及存储方案优化设计提升仓储空间利用率与作业效率
规划并优化物料补给路径与配送模式确保生产物料高效供给
主导建立与维护PFEP体系逐件物料规划实现物料存储补给与流转标准化
推动精益物流Lean Logistics实践减少搬运浪费与流程冗余
二库存规划与控制
参与制定并优化原材料半成品及成品库存策略与安全库存水平
基于系统数据如CBS/SAP/WMS进行端到端库存分析识别改善机会
推动库存优化
o 降低库存占用及呆滞风险
o 提高库存周转率
o 防止缺料导致生产中断
支持生产及业务需求变化提升供应链响应速度
三数据分析与持续改进
利用数据分析工具Excel / Power BI等开展
o 物流效率分析
o 库存结构分析
o 成本优化分析
识别供应链优化机会并制定改进方案
推动持续改善CI及精益管理项目落地
四跨部门协同与供应链整合
与采购生产物流等团队紧密协作解决物料与库存相关问题
建立与内部/外部合作伙伴的良好协作机制
推动供应链端到端协同优化
五系统与流程优化
参与或主导物流与库存管理相关系统优化
推动数字化工具应用提高数据透明度与决策效率
识别流程瓶颈并实施改进措施
任职要求
本科及以上学历物流供应链机械自动化等相关专业优先
5年以上PFEP仓储优化或物料流规划经验
具备一定库存管理或库存分析经验更佳
有仓储自动化项目经验AGV立库等优先
熟悉供应链或仓储管理系统如SAP/WMS/CBS
熟练使用数据分析工具ExcelPower BIPower Apps等
具备精益管理持续改善意识
良好的跨部门沟通与问题解决能力
具备一定英语沟通能力
