Why This Role Matters
This isnt an entry-level postits for lifeguards who want to take their skills to the next level. Morning lifeguards work with little to no direct supervision maintaining vigilant surveillance of aquatic activities while also serving as first responders to medical emergencies across our 450000 sq. ft. sports and wellness complex. Youll gain experience that bridges aquatic safety and emergency response preparing you for higher-level certifications and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced lifeguard with valid certification (or ability to requalify)
• Strong swimming ability and confidence in independent decision-making
• Calm under pressure with proven emergency response skills
• Additional certifications (CPO EMR EMT) strongly preferred
