Job Summary

1. Military lead for allocated basing and infrastructure change and disposal projects within the DEO Army Programme working to the Regional SO1.
2. End-to-end management of infra projects within major infra change programmes delivering capability outputs programme benefits and a good lived experience.
3. Represent Army HQ in integrated infra project teams in commercial and financial decision making on infra change projects in the Catterick and York Garrison areas.
4. Identify staff and manage military capability requirements throughout the lifecycle of complex infra change programmes and projects.
5. Deliver x-DLOD coherence; integrate Army HQ Fd Army Regional Delivery capability owners JMCs DIO Force HQs other TLB stakeholders and the wider community incl. local council and education depts.
6. Develop/Deliver rebasing plans/CONPLANS; integrating infra change with wider military capability and cross-cutting work strands (eg ICS and other interdependent change programmes).
7. Empowered D B&I representative at programme boards and on project steering/working groups.
8. Support P3M activity and staffing; end to end requirements definition and management infra assessment studies and approvals to inform 1/2* decision making.
