If you are a Quality Process Technician looking for an opportunity to grow Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Scroll Machining Rayong Plant location you will operate an industrial forklift truck to accomplish various material handling assignments including transport materials supplies and finished products to designated will perform other related duties as assigned.
AS A QUALITY PROCESS TECHNICIAN YOU WILL: (หนาทและความรบผดชอบ)
Perform routine audit such as quality characteristic against Process Control Plan and other related document required / ดำเนนการตรวจสอบตามรอบปกต เชน ลกษณะคณภาพตามแผนควบคมกระบวนการ และเอกสารทเกยวของตามทกำหนด
Gather information and data to reporting of product and process performance and submit to Lab supervisor / รวบรวมขอมลและจดทำรายงานผลการทำงานของผลตภณฑและกระบวนการ พรอมสงใหหวหนาหองปฏบตการ
Make Decision to verify non-conforming products in process line / ตดสนใจเพอตรวจสอบผลตภณฑทไมเปนไปตามขอกำหนดในสายการผลต
Conduct preventive maintenance on-line gages to be used as regular operation / ดำเนนการบำรงรกษาเชงปองกนเครองวดในสายการผลตเพอใชงานตามปกต
Review and audit operation process to be followed with operation method sheet and other responsibilities per supervisor assigned / ตรวจสอบและประเมนกระบวนการปฏบตงานใหเปนไปตามวธการปฏบตงานทกำหนด และปฏบตตามหนาทอน ๆ ตามทหวหนามอบหมาย
REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: (คณสมบตทตองการ)
Vocational diploma or higher education / จบการศกษาระดบประกาศนยบตรวชาชพหรอสงกวา
At least 2 years of experience in Quality field / มประสบการณทำงานดานคณภาพอยางนอย 2 ป
Ability to operate measuring equipment such as Contour Surftest (Roughness) and Equator (dimension comparator machine) / สามารถใชอปกรณวด เชน Contour Surftest (วดความหยาบ) และ Equator (เครองเปรยบเทยบขนาด)
Ability to work in rotational shifts (day and night) / สามารถทำงานเปนกะ (ทงกลางวนและกลางคน)
Basic English communication skills/ มทกษะภาษาองกฤษในระดบพนฐาน
Some computer literacy / มความสามารถในการใชงานคอมพวเตอร
PREFERRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: (คณสมบตทพจารณาเปนพเศษ)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods while performing functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach overhead with hands and arms; grasp; stoop; kneel; and/or crouch. Must meet job standards for visual ability speaking and hearing in a manufacturing environment. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Environmental conditions include flashing lights on machines and Powered Industrial Vehicles random noises such as horns and alarms.
