Job Summary

Were on the hunt for a Head of UX & UI FrontEnd Systems who can turn complex multiplatform experiences into simple intuitive highperforming journeys. In this role you will own and lead our UX/UI strategy across all frontend systems driving researchled design crafting clear and executable UX roadmaps and ensuring seamless alignment with Product Owners IT Brand and Digital. Youll govern experience quality over time reduce crossproduct friction and use behavioral insight and technical fluency to shape scalable usercentred solutions.

If you have:

A qualification in HCI UX/Interaction Design Product/Industrial/Information Design or Computer Science (with strong design experience)
10 years in UX/UI with 5 years in senior leadership
Strong systemslevel design thinking and frontend technical fluency
Experience guiding complex product ecosystems and influencing crossfunctionally
Behavioral/psychology insight and a track record of delivering cohesive userled experiences
