Your Tasks
Support by phone Answer incoming calls and reach out proactively to guide healthcare professionals.
Train users Teach professionals how to use the platform effectively over the phone.
Handle emails Quickly respond to requests and solve issues.
Answer questions Help clients understand the product and make the most of it.
Work with other teams Collaborate with sales marketing and product teams to ensure users are happy.
What Were Looking For
Proficiency in French
English level B2
Friendly and professional communication skills
Confidence using digital tools and software
Team spirit and a helpful attitude
Eagerness to learn and support others
Focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving
