Food Product Developer to Picadeli (temporary position)

We are looking for a highly engaged Product Developer who is eager about creating delicious healthy and climate-friendly meals that make a real impact!

Mission

You will:

• Lead the development of new food products within our categories Salad bar and Food to go from initial idea generation to in-store launch. This includes recipe creation sample production upscaling quality assurance final rollout and follow up.

• Continuously improve our current assortment to provide affordable tasty healthy inspiring and safe food of consistently high quality.

• Be a key driver in positioning Picadeli as a recognized food company by shaping a strong and innovative food experience for both customers and consumers with a global mindset.

• Collaborate closely with the team to develop new concepts and business opportunities pushing the boundaries of fresh fast and flavorful food.

• The position is based at Picadelis head office in Gothenburg. Both domestic and international travel are a part of the role. You report to Chief Food Development Officer.

Your profile

To succeed in this role we believe that you are a true foodie with a passion for food and innovation. You have the perfect mix of being creative structured and having a strategic mindset. Further we see that you:

• Hold a bachelors degree or higher in food gastronomy or a relevant field.

• Have experience working with food preferably on an international level.

• Are fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written with excellent communication skills.

• Open to test and explore all types of food.

• You are a true team player but also self-motivated with a sharp business mindset.

• Driving license
