Position Summary
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the principal strategic and operational leader of Shri Sabhari Metallurgical (India) Limited. Reporting to the Chairman and Board of Directors the CEO will be responsible for driving long-term growth operational efficiency profitability and sustainable business performance. This role requires a visionary yet hands-on leader capable of aligning cross-functional teams strengthening governance and enhancing the company s competitive positioning in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision

Develop and execute the company s long-term strategic roadmap in alignment with the Chairman and Board.

Required Qualifications & Experience Education
Experience

Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience including CEO Managing Director or senior executive roles within manufacturing metallurgy fabrication or related industries.
