Job Summary
Job Title: MET Technician
Location: Oswestry SY11
Salary: 40000 time saved individual bonus
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm 42.5 hours a week no weekends!
Our client is a well-established excellent Shropshire brand - Incorporated in 1918 they have over 105 years of retailing vehicles in Shropshire enjoying a long and well-earned reputation for quality vehicles and excellent customer service.
A company with almost 300 colleagues and with a great record of staff retention and proven career advancement opportunities.
They operate 3 franchise dealerships across Shropshire representing 4 manufacturers car and van brands.
They are now looking for an MET Technician for their Oswestry Accident Repair Bodyshop.
- Dismantling and reassembling vehicles safely and efficiently following manufacturer methods
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and carrying out the necessary repairs
- Working with the latest technology and equipment to ensure quality and compliance
- Liaising with other technicians to support a smooth and efficient repair process
- Maintaining a clean safe and professional working environment
- Proven experience as an MET Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair setting
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical electrical and trim systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A professional who works with integrity accountability and pride in their craft
