Staff Management:

Hire train supervise and evaluate teachers and support staff.

Allocate duties manage teaching loads and foster collaboration.

Organize professional development for staff.

Student & Community Relations:

Ensure student safety discipline and well-being.

Communicate with parents about student progress and concerns.

Act as a liaison with the school board community and education authorities.

Operations & Administration:

Manage the schools budget resources and facilities.

Oversee daily school activities scheduling and emergency procedures.

Maintain records and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
