We are currently seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Tech Infrastructure Lead to join our this role you will be responsible for overseeing the design implementation and management of the technology infrastructure that supports our projects and operations ensuring reliability scalability and security.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for technology infrastructure planning design and deployment ensuring alignment with the companys business objectives and technology roadmap.
Oversee the management of the companys technology infrastructure including servers storage networks cloud services and data centers ensuring reliability scalability and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development AI/ML engineering and product management to ensure seamless integration and support of technology infrastructure for various projects and operations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including infrastructure architecture diagrams design specifications and operational manuals.
Implement best practices for infrastructure management including monitoring maintenance disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Evaluate and adopt new technologies tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the companys technology infrastructure.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the infrastructure team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology infrastructure and incorporate them into our projects and operations as appropriate

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
experience in technology infrastructure management with a focus on large-scale complex environments.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies including servers storage networks cloud services (AWS GCP or Azure) and data centers.
Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools such as CloudFormation/Terraform Jenkins Git Docker/Kubernetes.
Familiarity with security best practices for infrastructure management including network security access control and encryption.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex infrastructure issues and develop effective solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in technology infrastructure and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Good to have hands on experience with GenAI projects
