What Youll Do
Lead UX and UI design for core product features from concept to launch.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and scope.
Design user flows wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
Conduct user interviews feedback sessions and usability testing.
Maintain and evolve a consistent design system and component library.
Ensure accessibility usability and aesthetic polish across all touchpoints.
Advocate for thoughtful user-centric decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
35 years of experience designing for web or SaaS products.
Degree in Design HCI or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking UX strategy and visual craft.
Excellent Figma skills and an understanding of UX research methods.
A mature design perspective you think about business context not just pixels.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Self-driven detail-oriented and comfortable working in a remote-first setup.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for cybersecurity fintech or data-heavy products.
Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG contrast responsive behavior).
