Job Summary
Claremont Mazda is a Top 5 sales dealership in the region and a proud Mazda Presidents Club Award winner. Were continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Automotive Assistant Sales Manager to join our leadership team.
This role is ideal for a seasoned automotive professional who understands the business enjoys developing people and wants to be part of a positive high-performance culture.
What Youll Do
Support the Sales Manager with daily sales operations
Coach train and develop sales consultants
Help lead and motivate the sales team to consistently perform at a high level
Ensure the internet and showroom sales processes are followed
Monitor performance metrics and assist with ongoing improvement
Maintain a professional customer-focused environment
What Were Looking For
5 years of automotive sales experience
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Strong understanding of the internet sales and CRM process
Proven performance results in an automotive setting
Positive leadership style with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable
Strong communication and organizational skills
