Synergie is seeking a Dozer Plant Operatorfor an industry-leading waste management company located in Kemps Creek
The important parts:
Shift: Day shift Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00am start - upto 10 hours. Some saturdays available Saturday is 7am - 2pm
Pay rate: $43.39per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available long-term opportunity!
What you will be required to do:
This hands-on role is perfect for someone who is mechanically minded safety-conscious and experienced with mobile plant equipment.
Dozer Operator (approximately 3-5 years experience operating a Dozer)
Operating earthmoving equipment specifically Dozer.
Maintain a professional image and always deliver high quality customer service.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform basic routine maintenance on equipment
Work safely and in accordance with the site rules at all times.
Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training instructions or operating
Take ownership of works including the quality of sites haul roads & drainage.
To be successful in the role you will:
Be committed to following all safety protocols
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Have full working rights in Australia
Have access to reliable transport to get to site
Experience and or qualifications in operating a variety of mobile plant and equipment ideally in the civil construction industry.
Knowledge of road construction drain construction & maintenance and a desire to teach this knowledge to younger employers.
Waste industry experience also desirable but civil construction experience highly desirable.
