Were looking for a Product Manager to own a core product area end-to-end with direct responsibility for AI-powered features. This role sits at the intersection of customers engineering data and go-to-market teams. Youll define the product vision manage the roadmap and translate real customer problems into scalable AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical acumen with excellent client-facing skills
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision roadmap and backlog for a defined product area including AI-powered capabilities
- Identify customer and market needs through client conversations feedback research and data analysis
- Partner closely with engineering to translate capabilities into clear product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
- Balance customer value model capabilities data constraints and engineering complexity when making product tradeoffs
- Establish success metrics for AI features including adoption accuracy performance and business impact
- Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to support demos pilots/POCs and customer discussions
- Contribute to product documentation demo assets and sales collateral
- Use data and analytics to continuously evaluate product performance and inform roadmap decisions
- Stay current on AI and emerging technologies and help apply them meaningfully within the product
Minimum Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management (required)
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise B2B SaaS products (required)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience (required)
- Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering teams
- Experience delivering AI-powered features in a production B2B SaaS environment
- Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting to external stakeholders
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
