**I spoke with Joe Hembre yesterday afternoon and he shed additional light on the position. This is a role that needs someone with basic woodworking skills(see below)- They are really counting on us to get at least 1 person started on Monday and the second as soon as possible after that. They are extremely busy. If someone has the ability to interpret a drawing(NOT BLUEPRINTS) mechanically inclined -stable and good work ethic that is more important than experience. They will train after the fact on cabinet making CNC operation or advanced skills. Casey has changed the order to dispatch.
